Cambedelic has turned a keen interest in substance use into a career
working with young people experiencing problems related to alcohol and
drug use. With a background in Philosophy and Religious Studies, then
later Social Work and a Master of Health Studies (Addiction Studies)
Cambedelic's career has gone from working with homeless young people
who inject in inner Brisbane, to running a needle exchange in the
outer suburbs then on to individual counselling work with highly
marginalised young people. These professional and personal
experiences have led Cambedelic to believe strongly that we can move
forward towards a world with a drug policy that is not only rational
but one that is ethical.
