Inspired by the alternative culture's radical stance on Freedom of
Choice and Plant Law Reform Nell Jones emigrated from North Wales (UK) to
Nimbin in 2001. Nell is now profoundly grateful to raise her two
children in a community as diverse and resilient as Nimbin. Since 2008
she has been owner of the Happy High Herbs shop in the village. Since
it's inception in Nimbin fifteen years ago Happy High Herbs now boast
over 40 outlets worldwide. The mission statement reads: "Promoting the
appreciation, education, benefits, culture and freedom for all natural
plants and herbs". Nell is passionate about all aspects of health and
healing and is intimately involved with the appropriate use of plants
and drugs.
