All the other usual events are on, so get your pot art, poetry, pot stories, limericks and so on together.
Dance and Prop Making Workshops for Ganja Faeries will be held in the Nimbin Dance Studio, Community Centre (opposite Oasis Cafe) on Saturday 27 April, and again the next Saturday 4 May from 1pm until 4pm. The cost will be $15 and will include materials to make a large cannabis leaf to wave in the march. All are welcome, regardless of sex, race or age.
This is our tenth Mardi Grass and although PEACE is the major theme, there will be lots of discussion and debate focussed on using cannabis wisely. There are increasing public health concerns about using the magic herb and we will endeavour to address some of them.
The big change this year is the $20 entry ticket.
