Klara Marosszeky has
been a licensed Industrial Hemp researcher since 1999. Based
in Wollombi in the Hunter Valley, she and her partners grew
hemp trials of up to 2 hectares. The goal was to work with UNSW
to develop hemp masonry products for construction. She moved
to the north coast three years ago with the understanding that
this was where the NSW Hemp Industry would develop. Last year
Klara's company Morrowby Futures was involved with Keith Bolton
in his Mop Crop Trials using effluent to irrigate hemp. She
has just moved into the industrial estate in Alternative Way,
Nimbin from where she'll be producing hemp masonry products.
